Tiger slayer Costantino Rocca will be among the star names contesting the inaugural Weston Homes PGA International Seniors tournament - as top class golf returns to Stoke by Nayland from September 12-14.
Rocca, who famously beat Tiger Woods in the 1997 Ryder Cup, heads to Suffolk aiming to improve on his second place showing over the Gainsborough course 12 months ago and land his first title of the season.
The popular Italian, who was a big hit last year, was denied victory by Carl Mason, who shot four consecutive rounds of 67 to win the PGA Seniors Championship.
Mason, the European Seniors Tour all-time leading career money, also returns to Stoke by Nayland fresh from victory in Switzerland - his 20th in five years.
With the Ryder Cup looming, a number of former Cup players will also provide some sparkling golf over three days of competition in the £175,000 event including Eamonn Darcy, Gordon J Brand and Spanish trio Manuel Pinero, Antonio Garrido and Jose Rivero.
For budding golf stars of the future, there will also be free kids golf lessons on all three tournament days provided by the PGA professionals at the club.
