Tracy Loveys clinched a dramatic Glenmuir Women's PGA Professional Championship after birdieing the 18th.
The Plymouth club professional, who has twice blown leads in previous championships, drilled a five iron to 15ft and holed the putt for a 151 total to pip Gillian Stewart.
Loveys was tied for the lead with Joanne Pritchard (Pontypool) after a first round 73 but wilted in the afternoon, reflected in a five over par 78.
"I've never won it before, I've led twice and blown it twice and thought I was going to do it again today," she said.
"I did my best to blow it and had a couple of nasty sixes down the last. I knew it was close, I just had to hang in there.
"I stood on the 18th and thought two good swings and I'll be alright.
"It was absolutely exhausting, after a complete waste of a day yesterday, which was nobody's fault, and another hour delay this morning I thought we're never going to get round.
"I've played four of the WPGA events and tied twice with Joanne so for the little I've played it's been quite a year.
"I never practise, don't have the time so just turn up and give it a go, and I love to compete. I'm absolutely delighted."
Pritchard was in third with a total of 154.
